Refund policy

1. Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided that they are:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed products

  • Custom-made or special-order items


2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Please note that delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our support team immediately with:

  • Your order details

  • Clear photographs of the issue

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable warranty terms and consumer law.

Faulty items must be returned following our instructions.


4. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


5. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  2. Receive return authorisation and instructions.

  3. Send the item back securely in its original packaging.
