We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.

If certain locations (such as the Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland) have different delivery charges or timeframes, this will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout prior to purchase confirmation.

Any additional charges for remote or special delivery areas will be clearly stated.


4. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Processing time refers to the period between placing your order and handing it to the courier for delivery.

Typical processing time:
Orders for in-stock items are processed within 24-48 hours. You’ll receive an email once your order has shipped.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • In-stock items (UK Mainland): 3–5 working days

  • Made-to-order or out-of-stock items: 4–6 weeks

If your order includes items with different lead times, we may ship them together or separately. Where shipments are split, you will not be charged additional shipping fees unless clearly stated at checkout.

Where available, we provide tracked shipping services.

Tracking details (if applicable) will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
